2. Applaction 

a) Installation and fixing of door cover and window frame 

b) Filling of soundproof walls 

c) Sealing and filling of wall pipes 

d) Filling of voids such as walls and roofs 

e) Filling of cabinet wall to moisture-proof

3.Method of application 

a) Clean and pre-moisten surface before using it. 

b) Shake can to intensively mix material before using it 

c) Turn the can upside down and install it on the PU foam gun adapter (GORVIA PU foam gun is recommended to improve construction quality), turn regulating valve to adjust the flow or install nozzle on valve 

d) Vertically fill gaps from the bottom, fill the foam about two-thirds of the space 

e) Foam starts curing in 10 minutes. Wait for one hour before doing next step 

f) Please clean the adaptor with GORVIA PU foam cleaner before replace a new PU foam and do the replacement as soon as possible 

g) Please clean the PU foam gun thoroughly with GORVIA PU foam cleaner immediately after application finish 

h) The cured PU foam is not resistant to UV-rays. Therefore, other coatings (such as cement mortar) or sealant should be used to protect the foam surface

4.Cautions 

a) Keep out of children’s reach 

b) Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50℃ 

c) Do not pierce or burn even after use d) No smoking during the whole spraying procedure 

e) For safety reasons, please wear protective gloves as well as goggles before using GORVIA® PU foam, and do not draw them off until the whole procedure is finished
