Super Glue

GS-Series G310 super glue is a general purpose use, transparent glue which can be used in the bonding iron and steel, nonferrous metal, rubber, ceramics, jewelry, PVC, leather, plastic, glass and woods themselves or boning between each other.

Application

CAUTIONS

1. Mind your eyes and mouth when using the product
2. Keep children out of reach
3. Keep away from direct sunlight
4. Store in cool and dry place

Instructions

1. Prior to bonding, ensure the surfaces to be glued are dry, free from dirt, dust and grease. DO NOT ROUGHEN - for optimal bonding, a fine smooth surface will give best results. If required, clean with solvent such as MEK or Acetone.

2. Unscrew entire cap assembly and carefully pierce a small hole in the metal tube with the reverse end of cap.

3. Replace cap immediately.

4. Apply one drop or smallest amount possible as a thin film gives best and strongest results. DO NOT SPREAD - Super Glue will spread/level itself. Press both surfaces together, wipe off excess with cloth, making sure that both substrates are well matched and tight fitting.

5. Keep pressed or held together for 30 seconds. DO NOT MOVE OR REPOSITION glued joint as this may impair final bond.

6. Note : Maximum bond strength achieved after 12 hours (in most instances, after 30 minutes product may be handled).

7. After completion of job, wipe tip of plastic nozzle, replace cap tightly and store in a cool place in an upright position.

8. Clean-up excess glue with a cloth and/or cleaned with a solvent such as Acetone or nail polish remover. Scrape off excess dried adhesive with a sharp blade.
