GORVIA H308N is a one component, room temperature vulcanizing gaske compound designed to provide reliable “formed-in-place” gaskets for mechanical assemblies. This material cures on exposure to moisture in theair to form a tough, flexible, silicone rubber gasket. The product resists aging, weathering and thermal cycling without hardening, shrinking or cracking.

2. Typical applications
a) can be used for automotive power system sealing. High elastic modulus, mainly used for rigid flange assembly, with excellent resistance to engine oil, transmission oil, gear oil and water, as well as the ability to bear a large range of rubber joints, such as stamping metal cover (such as timing gear cover and oil pan).
3. Method of application
a) Surface should be cleaned, and grease removed for best performance.
b) Use tool to cut the right size of nozzle, make a continuous sealing glue line on the sealing surface.
c) Assemble immediately after applying glue, remove excess glue （removable by non-polar solvent）
d) Use up in one time after opening，if not, can use the knife to remove the cured part and then continue to use it.
4. Cautions
a) Ensure ventilation during construction.
b) Avoid the uncured adhesive contact with the skin for a long time.
c) If accidentally splashed into the eyes, should be quickly rinsed with a large amount of water and seek medical treatment.
d) Stay away from children.
