1. GORVIA P303B 310ml PU Sealant for Vehicle Body Technical Datas:

2.Application

Suitable for body construction of cars, containers, caravans etc.

3.Method of application 

a) Clean the substrate to improve the adhesion between the polyurethane sealant and the substrate. Dip the absorbent cotton into the cleaning agent, clean the grease and dust on the surface of the substrate, and then dry fully. 

b) Apply primer (if necessary) to improve the adhesion of PU sealant to the substrate. Use a soft brush such as wool to dip the well-shaken primer, apply a thin layer to the adhesive area, and dry fully. 

c) Point or strip construction can be used, be sure to complete the adhesion positioning and trimming of the windshield and the car body within the take free time.

4. Cautions 

a) Keep out of children's reach.

b) Avoid contacting with skin and eye. For skin contacted, remove the sealant by cloth, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. For eye contacted, hold eyelids apart and flush thoroughly with water, contact physician. 

c) Not suitable for frozen or wet substrates, substrates with silicone oil and silicone rubber. 

d) Do a compatibility test before painting. Only after the surface is dry can it be painted, and only after it is fully cured can it be exposed to baking temperature, otherwise it will bubble. Pay attention to the thickness and hardness of the coating. 

e) The brittleness of the paint will reduce the elasticity of the sealant and cause the paint layer to crack. 

f) Infully cured silicone and silane end modifiers, alcohol, and alcohol-based solvents can hinder the normal curing of P303B-38 and should be prevented from direct contact.
