GORVIA C312JS is a two-component waterproof coating with cement and polymer emulsion as the main raw materials. It has both the high elasticity of synthetic polymer materials and the durability of inorganic materials, and is widely used in masonry, mortar, concrete, metal, wood, plasterboard and other materials. Especially suitable for basements, underground tunnels, bathrooms, pools where is wet or long-term water immersion.
1. Compoents:
Cement
Quartz sand
Calcium carbonate
2. Method of Application
a). keep the base surface clean, stubborn stains with solvent cleaning, base surface need to be repaired if defective
b). Mix the material evenly by mixer according to the construction area based on the ratio. The mixed material should be used up within 40 minutes.
c). Scraping waterproof coating by vertical and horizontal direction. the second layer should be scraped after the first one surface dry and not fully cured (about 2 ~ 4 hours between the two layers),
d). By brushing sealing material or multiple coats of waterproof coating to make the waterproofing layer surface sealing tightly.
3. Cautions
a). Dipping coating material should be uniform, scraping with no localized deposition.
b). The elevation, slanting surface should be scraped from top to bottom, to prevent the flow or too thick.
c). Has been gel or film material shall not continue to use or mixed into the new material
d). The finished coating should be protected to prevent the destruction in subsequent processes, thus affecting the overall waterproofing performance of the waterproof layer.
