3. Method of Application

a). The bonding surface should be free of grease, dust, impurities and so on.

b). Cut the mixer nozzle into the required size and shape according to the process requirements.

c). Put the glue tube into the glue gun, gently press the handle to press the piston into the glue tube, remove the cap and squeeze out 3-5ml of glue.

d). Put the hose into the glue gun, press the piston into the hose by lightly pressing the handle, remove the cap, and squeeze out 3-5ml of glue to make sure the A and B components are smoothly discharged. Make sure the A and B components are smoothly discharged, install the mixer (24-section mixer or above is recommended), and start using the mixer.Install the mixer (24-section mixer or above is recommended) and start to use.

e). Apply the mixed glue night evenly on the bonding place, the thickness is determined by the process requirements.Thickness is determined by the technical requirements, the thinnest place to be greater than 1mm; the use of pneumatic. The air pressure is controlled at 0.2~0.4MPa when using pneumatic gun.

f).  The product in the table after drying can use the traditional method of trimming.
