R334AR is a two-component methyl methacrylate adhesive with a 10:1 mix ratio, specifically designed for seaming and assembling solid surfaces, quartz surfaces, engineered stone, natural stone, and other surfacing materials. It creates durable, virtually invisible seams while delivering excellent adhesion. Upon curing, the adhesive achieves high transparency and exhibits UV stability, non-yellowing properties, as well as superior resistance to high temperatures, water, scuffing, and long-term wear.

1. Features:
Non-yellowing
Room temperature curing
Highly compatible with surface by sanding
Minimal surface preparation
Curing time:20min~30min
Operating time:8min~13 min
Operating temperature:12.7°C ~26.7°C
Service temperature: -55°C ~121°C
2. Method of Application
a). Clean the material surface to remove contaminants such as moisture, oil, dust, and rust, ensuringitis thoroughly clean.
b). Install the adhesive on the caulking gun, ensuring that the mixing nozzle is new.
c). Squeeze the gun and discard initially unmixed adhesive.
d). Apply the thoroughly mixed glue to either of the two surfaces to be bonded.
e). After application, join the surfaces within the open time, adjust alignment, and apply pressure to fix them in place.
f). Once fixed, the product can be packaged or undergo further processing after the adhesive has initially set (i.e., after the handling strength is achieved).
g). The maximum applied coating thickness should not exceed 8.5 mm (0.335 inches).
3.Cautioins
a). Wear protective gloves during operation. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediatelywithplenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary.
b). Keep away from children.
c). The curing process is an exothermic reaction. To reduce heat generation, decrease the amount of adhesivemixed per batch.
d). For optimal bonding results, apply the adhesive to the substrate surfaces and complete bondingwithinthe specified open time.
e). Users are advised to conduct preliminary tests before mass application to avoid compromisedbondstrength due to improper handling.
